Location - This is normally the most important item in the success or failure of a business. You need to choose a site that has a good amount of traffic so that drivers passing by can stop on an impulse. You need to have sufficient parking available. Make sure that you locate the wall in such a manner that it is fully visible. Our wall's 25 foot height and choice of coloring promote visibility. The new Alpine climbing wall draws more attention do to it's unique waterfall design. American Rock Climbing inc. strives to build a product that will open doors to locations that were previously uninterested in climbing walls because their appearance was not acceptable.

Portability - The 5 minute setup/takedown time makes our wall fully portable so that if traffic patterns do not work out or if you find a better location, you can quickly move. The secret is not to build anything on site that you cannot take with you should the need arise. Our climbing walls can be easily detached from the trailer. Also, if you purchase a stationary climbing wall and later decide to make it mobile, just purchase our trailer package and it will attach easily.

Insurance - We strongly recommend that you carry a million dollar insurance policy. In addition we recommend that all climbers sign waivers of assumption of risk. American Rock Climbing can point you to our insurer as well as providing you with copies of the waiver we use.

Bookings - We have a cooperative agreement with our purchasers to recommend bookings to other walls outside a convenient traveling radius. Sales commissions are also available.
